HIRING: Boutique Group Fitness Instructors (Strength training, TRX, yoga, barre, Pilates, etc.) Mail your resume to [email protected] Buff & Flo is seeking additional Boutique Group Fitness Instructors for our expansion in the new studio starting in June. The positions entail (but aren't limited to) the following responsibilities: *Monitor exercise intensity throughout the duration of class and have a strong ability to offer modifications and assists for all level clients. *Ensure class begins and ends on time *Teach respective classes on a regular calendar basis and be available for potential sub assignments *Communicate with Group Fitness Manager and owners on member feedback, equipment and operational status and scheduling. QUALIFICATIONS: *Must possess a current certification (includes test out) in the respective disciplines. No online certifications accepted. (200 hr. minimum for yoga) *Experience teaching group fitness classes. *Well-versed in basic anatomy and contraindicated exercises for all populations. *Eager to learn and continue education. *Friendly, vibrant and outgoing.

Join, meet and interact with an amazing community of moms. Birth to non-walking ages welcome. We'll safely guide you through a reformer based flow, and teach you any modifications necessary. An essential class to help you build your foundation in a full body workout that strengthens and lengthens while experiencing a versatile class.
