We have designed these classes specifically for all trimesters, and that includes the FOURTH trimester that often gets left behind: the postnatal trimester- which is actually one of the most vulnerable time for women in exercise! We are so thrilled to offer an evening option for one of our prenatal series. Join Gabrielle as she leads you through an active & low impact yoga flow. Your body and baby will thank you for the movement. You’ll also balance the session with safe stretches and connecting within. All trimesters welcome! This series will focus on the foundations of yoga with an emphasis on proper alignment and technique. Poses will be broken down, anatomical positioning will be explained and modifications will be offered to help each client focus on what works best for their unique body. Breathing techniques and meditation will also be introduced. The goal of this series is to make you feel comfortable and confident to step into any of our yoga classes! - Cat Henry 9/7-10/5 @ 8:30am-10:15 Intermediate Pilates Reformer Series $140 You've learned the foundation in the Beginner Reformer Series, but don't feel quite ready to jump into a Reformer Sculpt class--Does this sound like you? OR you've taken Pilates Apparatus classes in the past, but have not at our studio. We understand it can be overwhelming to go from one to the other, so we're introducing the Intermediate Reformer Series! We've designed this series for those who have a solid understanding on the movements, but would like to fine tune a few things, as well as learn more exercises before attending the open classes. This series is also great for those who've taken classes at other studios but never at Buff & Flo. Pilates can be taught very differently so this series is perfect for those who need a transition but are not beginners. Please bring your water bottle and wear sticky socks.

- Rachna Clerici 9/22 @ 7:00pm-8:15pm Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath $30 Join Rachna and Joelle for a rejuvenating mini retreat. Take the time and space to access deep levels of active relaxation through Restorative Yoga and Sound Therapy. The combination of these practices lead to a state of receptivity in which all levels of the body can open to healing. Gentle yoga at a slow pace to ease stress and tension from joints and muscles that will focus on improving flexibility and movement. Restorative poses will calm the nervous system and aid in the release of deeply held tensions from the body and mind. Props are used as needed to support posture, while gently strengthening and stretching the body. A weekly restorative practice is a perfect compliment to a more active yoga practice. HIRING: Boutique Group Fitness Instructors (Strength training, TRX, yoga, barre, Pilates, etc.) Mail your resume to [email protected] Buff & Flo is seeking additional Boutique Group Fitness Instructors for our expansion in the new studio starting in June. The positions entail (but aren't limited to) the following responsibilities: *Monitor exercise intensity throughout the duration of class and have a strong ability to offer modifications and assists for all level clients. *Ensure class begins and ends on time *Teach respective classes on a regular calendar basis and be available for potential sub assignments *Communicate with Group Fitness Manager and owners on member feedback, equipment and operational status and scheduling. QUALIFICATIONS: *Must possess a current certification (includes test out) in the respective disciplines. No online certifications accepted. (200 hr. minimum for yoga) *Experience teaching group fitness classes. *Well-versed in basic anatomy and contraindicated exercises for all populations. *Eager to learn and continue education. *Friendly, vibrant and outgoing.
